Payment
We require full payment before attending the session. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time to cover overhead costs.
Insurance
Massage therapy is often covered under complementary/alternative therapy by insurances. However we advise you to check prior to your appointment.
We do not accept direct insurance claim payments. You will be required to contact your insurance company to claim for any treatment.
Veterinary Referral
Before booking your first session, we require your vet to sign a referral form and email it to us. Please download the form below.
Client Consent Form
When booking your appointment we will also need you to sign a client consent form. This gives us some valuable information about you and your pet to better understand your needs. You can download this form below.
