By signing and booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions;.
Student Status & Consent
I understand that the massage therapist is currently a student and not yet fully qualified. I consent to my dog being used for case studies and further practical experience as part of the student massage therapist’s training.
Treatment Consent
I give consent for canine massage therapy to be provided to my pet, including the use of appropriate equipment and machines where deemed suitable. I understand that certain techniques may not be appropriate for pets with cancer, epilepsy, heart conditions, pregnancy, or undiagnosed acute pain, and I confirm that I have informed the therapist if any of these conditions apply.
Health Changes & Treatment Cessation
I agree to inform the therapist immediately if my pet’s condition changes or if treatment needs to be paused or stopped for any reason.
Veterinary Referral
I understand that treatment is provided by veterinary referral only and that a valid referral must be obtained and renewed annually.
Cancellations
I will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible if I need to cancel an appointment. I understand that a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time to cover overhead costs.
If I or a member of my household has COVID-19, I will notify Isabella as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking and must be made online prior to the session.
Insurance
I understand that the therapist does not accept direct insurance claim payments. It is my responsibility to contact my pet’s insurance provider directly and to ensure that my policy includes appropriate therapy cover.
Use of Images & Marketing
I give consent for my pet and any photographs or videos taken during sessions to be used for case studies, marketing, or social media purposes.
Communication & Data Protection
I give consent for my contact details to be used to communicate with me regarding services relevant to my pet and to liaise with my veterinary surgeon. My details will never be shared with third parties.
Special Offers & Updates
I consent to being contacted with updates about special offers, events, and services run by Odineus Canine Therapy.
Therapist Rights
The therapist reserves the right to:
Cancel sessions due to building damage, leaks, safety concerns, or necessary repairs
Refuse treatment to any pet
Stop treatment if there are concerns regarding the pet’s welfare
Emergency Care
I give consent for emergency first aid to be administered to my pet if an accident occurs and immediate treatment is required.
Owner Responsibilities
I agree to clean up any mess my pet may leave within the therapist’s premises or grounds
I agree to wear appropriate clothing and footwear during appointments
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, both inside and outside the premises
I understand that other animals may be present and will inform the therapist of any concerns regarding my pet’s behaviour or sociability
Session Duration
I understand that session duration may vary depending on my pet’s needs and is not subject to a fixed time limit.
